Guests can also taste the olive oil that is produced from only estate fruit grown in the Santa Cruz Mountains. The olives are stone-pressed. The oil is Extra Virgin grade and retains the wonderful soft green hue characteristic of the finest Tuscan Extra Virgin olive oils.
